Before you build:
  • You are fully responsible for the content and behavior of any application you build on top of this platform
  • Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction and those of your end users
  • When in doubt, consult a qualified legal professional

Your Obligations as a Service Provider

Even when calling models through this platform, you remain the service provider to your end users and are responsible for:
  • Content compliance: Ensure the content generated or displayed by your application meets local legal requirements
  • User protection: Protect your users’ data and comply with applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA)
  • Data security: Take reasonable measures to secure your systems and user data
  • AI content disclosure: Where required by applicable regulations, disclose to users that content is AI-generated

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are prohibited (non-exhaustive):
  • Generating or distributing harmful, illegal, or infringing content
  • Fraud, phishing, or other malicious activities
  • Large-scale spam or automated abuse
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
